If you love tea in general, you are probably going to love this. And the ice cream, well. Matcha Latte Float with Japanese style is the delicious drinking for your choice.
I use a blender to make this matcha latte float, though I believe you can also properly whisk up this drink with the traditional matcha bamboo whisk. When using the bamboo whisk, you may need to prepare the drink in a bowl (just like how matcha is traditionally prepared) instead of in a glass.

INGREDIENTS
200 ml milk
1½ tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon matcha
6 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Garnish
¼ teaspoon matcha
INSTRUCTION
Place milk, sugar, matcha, and ice cubes in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour into a serving glass.
Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and sprinkle with matcha. Serve immediately.
